I worked on purely retained business on a pan-European basis on salaries between £40k and £175k. I became Divisional Manager of the Search business overseeing the UK operation reporting into the Managing Director. I was consistently the top performing Consultant in the Search Division and won a VIP trip to Venice in 2003 as top revenue generator in the company.
