* Prepared and submitted the database for the monthly debt write-off proposal; * Prepared the database for selling delinquent or charged-off debts to collection agencies; * Prepared the database for outsourcing debt recovery to bailiffs; * Gathered data from bailiffs and compiled statistical reports regarding debt recovery levels.
