As Finance Business Partner I partner closely between our Subsidiaries / Brands and our Finance Group Function departments relating to the delivery of financial information and performance. That enables my partners to achieve their objectives. A very much strategic role. Information, budgeting, and reporting are a requirement; however, what matters most is my ability to see the value in finance information and to inspire others to make use of it.

As a Subsidiary Controller, I focused on the transparent presentation and control of activities with a financial impact in the units I was responsible for (subsidiaries in Stuttgart, Buenos Aires, Dubai, Atlanta, Sao Paulo, Mexico City, Istanbul, Moscow, Mumbai) For this purpose, suitable structures had to be set up and maintained in order to provide all my addressees in Frankfurt and on site with information. In addition, I've worked in interdisciplinary teams on exciting M&A projects all over the world.

I mainly dealt with overhead, personell and venue controlling in Frankfurt. This included planning, forecasting and the work on annual financial statements. As First Level Support SAP R/3 and Data Manager, I also trained employees in SAP and in the general understanding of Controlling. Thanks to my broad knowledge I was also able to take part in the introduction of SAP R/3 at one of our subsidiaries. I was allowed to be the Finance Manager of the German participation during the Expo in Milan 2015.
