The APSYS (Alstom Performance System) Deployment Director, reporting to APSYS Director, will drive APSYS in the frame of his métier, manage with the Function the toolbox and support several sites internationally. Specifically: • Perform APSYS assessment, • Prepare site/project actions plan with management committee • Organize support for site/project • Coordinate workshops (training, working session, coaching, etc.) • Identify good practices to be shared with the APSYS Community • Propose updates

• Establishment and maintenance of standard planning policies, processes and templates (WBS, integrated schedules, resource planning, etc.) for the BT’s Product Engines • Align with PM community for subjects relating to BT’s Integrated Planning Process • Establish an Evaluation & Governance Framework for quality and compliance to Planning Standards • Planning process relevant training and deployment • Support BT’s global transformation activities on “Business Integrated Planning”

Clarify scope of work for the Train Control scopes, e.g. TCMS, PIES, Comma, T2W/OCC Systems, etc.: - Interfaces to BT internal and external system suppliers - Integration interfaces on train level - Standardization of activities Manage the Vehicle&SubSys Eng Train Control team: - Task planning, allocation and prioritization - Team budgeting, Personnel planning and Overall technical management - Project & Bid support - Participation in the BT Coordination Activities with other BT departments

Manage the Subsystems Integration ICCS team in terms of: - Task planning, allocation and prioritization - Team budgeting - Personnel planning - Overall technical management - Project & Bid support - Participation in the BT Work Group Activities - Participation in the BT Coordination Activities with other BT departments

Manage the System Engineering Dpt and the TCMS SW Team of the BT BU Asia in terms of: - Task planning, allocation and prioritization - Team budgeting - Personnel planning - Overall technical management - Participation in the BT Standardization Work Group Activities - Participation in the BT Process Improvement Work Group Activities

- Manage the engineering issues arising during the onsite Integration, Testing and production of the Singapore Down-Town Line program in terms of: - Following up on issues raised with the corresponding engineer - Work out with the corresponding engineer a way forward and update the project team - Participate in project meetings and design conferences - Ensure that issues raised are looked at and possible solutions are proposed by the respective experts - Participate in project budgetary discussions

Manage the TCMS SW Team in terms of: - Task planning, allocation and prioritization - SW team budgeting - Personnel planning - Overall technical management - Participation in the BT TCMS Standardization Work Group Activities - Participation in the BT TCMS Process Improvement Work Group Activities

- Manage Programs in terms of preparing the WBS - Organizing the project Program Management Office - Coordinate and monitor tasks for the Project Team - Monitor assets and time spent on project tasks - Organize and manage Proposals - Prepare "Statement of Work" and pricing - Review remaining proposal package material

- Management of I&T Department (e.g. task assignment and monitoring) - I&T activities planning for new projects - Development of I&T Plan(s) for projects as well as outline of required Test Procedures and phases - System Requirements analysis in order to support the I&T activities planning

- Started as I&T Engineer in 1995 preparing Test Cases, updating Operator Manuals, and conducting tests - Became a I&T Team Leader within 2 years with ISIH adding management of a project I&T team to my responsibilities - Became a I&T Group Manager within another 2 years being responsible for the overall I&T department support in its activities and adding preparation of Test Plans, preparation and conduct of Operator Training as well as designing and writing System Operator Manuals
