* Staff management: interview, selection and documentation process, training and integration to the team, followed by daily supervision and support. * Problem solving. * General hotel administration: Cash Flow, legal documents, timesheets and paysheets control, preparation of the hotel for the inspections etc. * Social Media Management * Monthly and yearly goal-setting for all departments. * Quality control in customer service, cleaning and F&B services.

* Reception staff management, from interview, selection and documentation process to training and integration to the team. * Supervision of daily, weekly and monthly cash closing and safe control. * Quality control in customer service, cross-selling and up-selling. * Adequate and motivational training of the Front Desk team to ensure the best customer experience.
