• Providing a comprehensive support function to the EMEA Recruitment Team; • Working closely with asigned recruiters to understand, support and deliver innovative resourcing / recruitment solutions, aswell to ensure maximum external exposure; • Taking ownership of the candidate research cycle and subsequent delivery of high calibre individuals to the lead recruiter; • Gaining a thorough understanding of roles across EMEA to facilitate accurate database searches;

• Managed, organized and kept updated the CVs database; • Responsible for the new/leaving employees specific procedures (job offers, drafting the individual employment agreements, additional acts, decisions, liquidation notes, internal regulations, code of conduct, various income statements for credit/leasing); • Kept the personnel files and employees register updated; • Kept the evidence of primary data for the salary processing in the DP Payroll software (vacation input sheets, salary changes etc).

• Created and implemented strategies regarding talent capacity in order to achieve the organizational goals; • Created and implemented a recruitment system made of a talent planning tool, a GANTT chart with all the activities, member’s profile, guidelines for the selection process, induction blocks for the new members; • Organized 5 national conferences for over 200 delegates each (responsible for agenda, trainers, facilitators);

• Developing a national induction agenda with soft skills and organizational knowledge sessions for over 200 new members of the organization; • Selecting a team of 20 facilitators from Romania, Slovakia, The Netherlands and Austria; • Coordinating the facilitators’ team in the delivery of the sessions

• Founding an AIESEC local office in Suceava; • Performing steps in order to obtain the legal status for the local office; • Leading a team of 5 local managers for 5 different departments and 30 active members; • Conducting the organisation’s strategy for one year and final responsible for all the organizational objectives; • Main decision maker and final responsible for the activities and actions of the organization; • Organizational representatively at external events and within the AIESEC network.

• Created and assured the implementation of the project plan; • Managed the project budget and assured the full financial sustainability of the project; • Kept contact with high school representatives; • Implemented a selection strategy in order to recruit 2 trainers (Poland, Turkey) and 100 participants for the project.

• Realized the timeline including 7 activities for promoting the university "Communication and Public Relations" specialization and having more than 1000 participants; • Organized a social study in order to observe the eco-friendly behaviours of the people from Suceava • Ensured the continuity of the campaign for the previous years; the campaign is implemented yearly by the 1st year of Communication and Public Relations students from “Stefan cel Mare” University.
