Managed a $200 million political, social and economic resiliency and capacity building program with over 700 activities across 14 provinces. Supported U.S. Agency for International Development Mission’s strategic priorities through targeted elections programming, community-based programs linking civil society with local government and mitigating Violent Extremism.

Coordinated executive planning and decision-making across NARAL's non-profit, foundation, and political action committee while working closely with the Executive Boards; Developed monitoring system to track five-year strategic plan across NARAL Pro Choice America; Managed and launched NARAL's first-ever organization-wide diversity initiative; Reviewed and supported Executive Department hiring procedures

Developed and managed $3.8 million program for recovery of the micro-enterprise sector; Worked with Sri Lanka’s Central Bank to create one-million dollar Revolving Loan Fund for capacity-building, technical assistance and micro loan programs for over 50 micro-finance institutions and civil society organizations; Partnered with local chambers of commerce in 8 districts to conduct business development programs for over 300 micro-entrepreneurs and women-led cooperatives

Reported and wrote breaking news and daily news stories, including from AP’s UN Bureau; Researched and wrote features and analysis; covered front lines and rebel held areas; Recruited and trained several successful reporters, editors, and stringers; Trained and managed team of International Desk Editorial Assistants; Edited and released copy to the wires for AP's World and North American Desks
