Riding around the world together with my wife and our dogs on motorcycles. A fantastic, epic and mind-blowing adventure. Pushing the limits, gaining cultural awareness, demanded problem solving and improvisational skills yet keeping calm in hopeless situations. In 3+ years, I rode almost 100.000km across 46 countries on 4 continents (Europe, Africa, North and South America). I took over 3000 pictures and made over 200 videos which I shared with the world. Continuous learning as well as teaching, consulting, coaching organizations and individuals in regards to lean and agile product development and related topics e.g. Beyond Budgeting.

My excess energy and motivation to learn more led to this step to found an own company. However since I decided some months later to take a major time-out, in order to travel around the world together with my dogs by motorcycle, I closed the company before it really started.

Responsible for designing and supporting the implementation of mode of operation, governance, processes and competence development in the area of program and project management. Trainer and coach in context of agile and scrum.

My main responsibilities included coaching and training of program and project managers in a strategic business unit, member of the business unit steering group, deploying risk management methods, assisting human resource department in defining job profiles and career paths for program and project managers.

Responsibility of leading the product development of a new product across functions (R&D; manufacturing, services). Key tasks: Definition of product features together with Product Management Planning and monitoring schedule, costs and quality Ensuring that all what needs to get done will be done with the end-result of a sellable, functioning and profitable product.
