Three month secondment for an onsite IT inspection of a supervised bank in Malta.

• Introduced and held the role of the Scrum Master coordinating a team of 8 developers. • Increased feature deliverability by 30% by optimizing sprint planning and the release process. • Reorganized all team meetings saving approximately two man-days per week.

Worked on developing and maintaining the .NET back end (exposed via a REST API) of a top-10 European online travel agency that holds the complete business logic and handles daily approximately 20 million search requests and 5000 airline ticket bookings from more than ten countries.
