Project: Leto Retail Centre, 110 000m2, St. Petersburg Tenant pre site/on site co-ordination: liaise with the Base Build Project Manager to provide the required support services; receive the tenant's design proposals; manage the approval of the tenant design by the base building team; manage the hand over of the tenant space; check that the site works comply with the approved design details; pushing the tenants to complete their work on schedule

Projects: Hypermarkets "Santa House" (Volgograd, Tyumen, Tolyatti, 5 000-10 000m2) Managing fit-out projects; Directing general contractors and subcontractors; Evaluating and managing construction costs, budgeting; Drafting and administering all projects contracts; Monitoring and inspecting all stages of construction.

Project: Reconstruction of the alumina plant (Fria, Republic of Guinea) Participation in the formation and protection of budget investment costs (sections: reconstruction, modernization and construction; modernization of existing enterprises; targeted interventions on labor protection, environmental, industrial and fire safety). Realization of construction projects and activities (with installation of technological equipment). Monitoring and inspecting all stages of reconstruction.

Project: Housing complex «Shpalernaya, 60», 30 000m2, St. Petersburg Controlling civil works quality and adherence to budgets and schedules. Participating in commissioning of finished object.
