The primary role of this position is to provide Desktop Infrastructure support for our business partners within the organization's computing environment. Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Respond to incidents and requests in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide assistance to business partners where required. This position also serves as a mentor for other technicians and an escalation point for complex technical issues.
