Project Manager for R&D projects - managing development of new sensors and sensor interfaces, as well as improvement and modification of the existing products. Responsible for all aspects of project up to the point of handover of newly developed or redesigned product to the production, including management and controlling of cost, timeline, scope, quality and regular reporting.

Managed a range of projects from a small or experimental R&D development or proof of concept to a large volume projects, as well as planning and execution of standard products manufacturing in accordance to customer demands. Coordinated activities across different departments and lead the steering meeting to tackle short and long-term issues and tasks. Managed improvements of the main ERP system - Microsoft Dynamics AX, by performing a bridge between the business and technical sides.

Held a role of Project Manager on various IT and software development projects, mainly for enterprise clients, banks and government institutions. Projects ranged from custom-ordered software development, risk management software, corebanking software, data backup & log-shipping, database integration, system integration, web content management systems (CMS) to security projects - penetration tests.

Preparation of project management plans, reports, market analysis, budgets, business plans and estimates. Consulting in process of feature film financing.
