- Defined and analyzed product/process solutions. - Performed capacity and tooling studies for new projects. - Calculated the needed investments related to new launches and customer changes. - Established and reviewed the Process FMEA for FORD programs. - Implemented Value Stream Mapping (VSM) in FORD lines. - Implemented and launched FORD Engine project. - Implemented and launched PSA Engine project. - Coordinated the Continuous Improvement projects of Engineering Department.
