I started Coin Brief as a side project, until it gained traction and became my focus. I edit all articles for readability, grammar, and SEO. I also personally write articles, interact with our followers, and manage our authors. I manage over 20 authors and journalists at the moment, ranging from casual freelancers that write an article every few months, to more serious writers that often release multiple articles a week.

I configured Trucoin's customer service platform, developed protocols for handling issues ranging in importance from trivial to critical, wrote various FAQ / help articles, and directly handled customer tickets. For the community management side, I setup the majority of Trucoin's social media pages; worked to address, and correct, any misunderstandings or false information about the company; and built and managed a team of translators to translate supporting websites and articles into 11 languages.

I was one of the founders of RCI Telecommunications, which branched from RCG. By building a large client-base, RCI reached over $1 million in revenue it's first year. By the last year, it was on track to reach $4 million or more. I managed between 50 and 100 clients/contractors at any given time; assisted with any issue, complaint, or concern they had; and worked to acquire our competitors clients/contractors. Furthermore, I was in charge of all invoicing, as well as payroll for our contractors.

I founded RCG along with 4 other partners, and worked to build a large client/contractor base. As our contractors were the driving force behind our income, they were of paramount importance to the company's success. By the end of the first year, I was managing over 50 contractors. RCG branched into RCI Telecommunications at that time, and RCG was dissolved shortly after.
