Conducted a Lean Six Sigma Study on the current sales process of smoothies at the PCC Ali’I Lauau. The study found that the process of smoothies sales attributed to a 20% decrease in sales. Through the use of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, our team was able to locate pain points and recommend the best new smoothies sales process that reduced waste and increased sales by 31%.

Project: International Institute of Professional Protocol Conference - Year 2012 - Proactively volunteered to serve as a replacement for our previous Project Manager, who had quit in the middle of the project phase. - Led the annual IIPP event-project for the year 2012 from the planning, execution, and evaluation phases. - Supervised 30 project team members and trained, assisted, and ensured their application of project management skills to ensure successful execution of the project.

- Managed upgrades of guest tour packages into higher-value packages thus increasing sales and exceeding monthly sales goal that average $37,000 to $60,000 per month. - Facilitated reservations for tour packages of guests and groups, recommending the best packages for the guests’ desired experiences and giving the most profitable benefit for the company. - Assisted new employees in their training for sales operations, ensuring their average training time to be shortened from 2 weeks to 1 week.

- Strategically ran Mueslli Incorporated, a virtual company based in Germany, and utilized SAP enterprise wide software solutions: from creation of accounts (SAP FICO), manufacturing of goods (SAP MM & PP), enabling work (SAP HCM), and up to order fulfillment (SAP SD).

- Initiated a revision of the current diplomas being offered by BYU-Hawaii by adding an indication of major and Latin honors, benefiting the current 2,800 student-population and the future graduates of the school. - Organized a campus-wide information campaign on the significant changes in the academic calendar that would affect students' length of period in school and their graduation. - Appointed students to campus councils and committees

- Accommodated diverse multi-cultural guests on educational tours through various “island villages” and cultural excursions. - Taught and demonstrated skills, such as native handicraft skills of weaving, fire making, maori warrior training, and cultural dances. - Assisted self-managed tour guests with directions, cultural information, and effective planning on cultural center day activities.
