Process Development for welding, forming and assembly technologies

Deployement of Lean Methodologies for teams working on the customer's site (logistics and maintenance activities) : I started with basics of Lean before to go further with a deeper analysis on a larger perimeter - 5S and consumables management (offices and workshops) - Animation of ideas implementation system, according to the kaizen principles - Material and information flows optimisation, using Value Stream Mapping - Documentation flow optimisation via the use of tablets

My mission was to increase the yield of an existing tool of the plant - Failure root cause analysis and deployment of solutions - Standardization of the work and training of the operators - Ideas implementation method during production phases - My achievements were the stabilization of a steel wire welding process and a raise of 25% of the wire spooling process; as well as a mindset change : better inter-service communication and project acceptance.

My mission was focused on 2 subjects: workstations standardisation and autonomous maintenance - Organization of lean workshop periods on the field - Problem solving, implementation and sustain the improvements - Results : Ergonomy and Safety increased and Failure rate divided by 5 - New standard of work and deployment of a visual management permitting to match the takt time
