• Ensure orders are properly authorised. • Follow-up queries from both budget-holders and suppliers • Reviewing, comparing, analysing, and approving products and services to be purchased. • Adjust changes/alterations to orders • Enter all receipts for purchase orders raised, ensuring required documentation is authorised and posted with the receipt and finally forward the documentation to finance for payment
