Responsible for the operational aspect of the scientific event organization for over 150 participants and managed the communication with international stakeholders; Undertook checks to ensure the correct project documentation, delivery lifecycle and processes are being followed as agreed, approved established best practice; Copy-editor of “Human Dimession” magazine, issue 2, January 2013.

Performed as database administrator, being responsible for office management, customer service, document preparation, and program support; Scheduled and coordinated interviews, candidate travel set-up, and expense reimbursements; Responsible for performing the onboarding processes for specific positions and provided trainings for the new hires; First point of contact for 150 drivers for administrative and emergency issues.
