ICSG LLC is the exclusive area developer for Domino's Pizza Inc for Republic of Kosovo. Chairman is responsible for oversight, external relations and company expansion on behalf of the shareholders and the board directors.

Contracted by the United Nations Development Program in Kosovo, the position was seconded to Office of the Speaker of Kosovo Parliament and was responsible for provision of legal and policy advice on matters pertaining to institutional development and democratic oversight.

Principal advisor to Prime Minister of Kosovo covering issues of security policy, public administration and international relations.

Under the European Union umbrella, the organisation and CEO specifically was responsible for the executive management, planning, organizing and coordinating the work and activities of the Association of Regional Economic Development Agencies of Kosovo. The five agencies in question are responsible for providing direct support and promotion of economic development, donor coordination and business promotion to Municipalities of Kosovo.

The executive management of all municipal executive services and assembly related processes and operations including: personnel, citizen services, legal services, management of buildings and infrastructure, information technology and other.

The position was a seconded expert to the Mayor's of Prishtina Municipality as responsible for capacity building and advisory support on management, legal, public safety policy including development of research, programs and evaluations in order to provide concrete recommendations and alternatives.

Part of a European Union funded project to the United Nations Integrated Mission in East Timor. Function entailed having previous experience in post-conflict environments, good knowledge of financial and operational procedures, and exposure to Security Sector Development.

Part of UNDP HQ in Kosovo, position was responsible for management, oversight and support in realization of strategic outcomes associated with the broader governance, justice and security sector development programme framework.

Part of UNDP Kosovo, the position entailed providing capacity building advice to the Government, Office of the Prime Minister, Ministry of Internal Affairs, UNDP 3SD Team, and other national and international stakeholders on security sector capacity development.

As part of Ministry of Interior of Kosovo, the position was responsible for managing, leading and monitoring the development of legislation and policies in the area of justice and home affairs, donor coordination and international cooperation matters.

The position served as personal aid, advisor and office manager in support to the OSCE Director of Department for Police Education and Development in Kosovo in matters pertaining to management, administration, external relations, political and public safety matters.

The Police Community Service Officer (CSO) function was responsible for a wide variety of duties in support of the mission of the CSU Police Department. Duties ranged from general crime prevention, patrolling for security violations and hazards and supporting sworn police officers’ in performance of their general duties.
