Contract and follow-up the development of the head truck suppliers; update and add the suppliers’ information to the compnay's darsbade; rapidly tackle and resolve any “on the road” issue for good trip turnovers. • Security clearance for one German supplier within less than 24 hours, instead of 7 days. • Excel creation for record keeping and pivot table analysis on a project to monitor trailer exchanges. The aim was to better control the trailers and decrease the waiting time of the drivers.
