Steering the factories based on the capacity plan as well as implementing and coordinating continuous improvement projects.

Supply Chain Team Lead of Barry Callebaut Norderstedt (on behalf of Intys Consulting). Leading the Supply Chain Team (3 members) of the German chocolate factory. Guaranteeing the availability of the raw materials (35 SKUs), planning the production (2 lines) and organising transportation (+/- 8 trucks / days).

Working as an integrated team member, reviewing results of MRP to determine requirements and assure they are aligned to demand (10 suppliers & +/- 100 SKUs). Creating and maintaining purchase orders. Proactively working with suppliers to create a partnership.

Estimating future product demands using the analytical, marketing and sales data (+/- 800 SKUs split in 5 product groups and 10 markets). Participating in the S&OP in order to establish the production plan of the 5 factories.

Managing the sales request for all accessories (+/- 100 SKUs). Supporting the department with monthly reports, the development of KPIs and specific analysis regarding the product portfolio.
