• Scope includes: 18 countries in Eastern Europe, South Eastern Europe, Caucasus & Central Asia; sales volume over 130 billion sticks per annum, 8 production sites • Responsible for establishing, leading and constantly improving above market Sales and Operational Planning process in Eastern European Supply Chain Service Centre (playing S&OP Custodian role - central and key contact for all S&OP process related activities and communications); • Active participation in the Weekly Planning Cycle

Managing on-going weekly & monthly demand forecasting process to required quality and accuracy: - Scope includes: 79 billion sticks per annum, big number of FG SKU’s, different planning horizons, weekly / monthly buckets. - Ensure agreement of the final forecast figures by all involved parties; - Monitor sales plan execution; perform on-going forecast accuracy analysis; - Ensure full transparency of forecasts through the S&OP process.

• Responsible for supporting Sales & Operational Planning process with accurate, reliable and timely information on sales volumes, production, stocks and all other relevant information / for administration of SOP process. • Technical and analytical support on Demand Forecasting. • Key/ super user of automated planning tools (i2 Demand Planner, SAP/ R3).
