I was working in IFRS department of the holding’s HQ. I had 2 subordinates. I was responsible for PJSC Pharmstandard’s reports (the largest one) and for some smaller entities. I was also responsible for 4 Cyprus entities. I have worked out Manual for IFRS new-comers. I have designed Terms of reference for 2 new reports in internal system. I took part in automatization project (SAP ERP, BPC) as IFRS expert, reviewed and improved the Concept. I have also worked out new IFRS chart of accounts for SAP.

Management accounting, budgeting, consolidation for our business unit (15 entities). MA department consisted of 10 people. I was in charge of operational costs (the most substantial item). I was also in charge of internal data base administration (ТМ1 Cognos). I have developed factor analysis for costs. I have worked out methodology for new route cost calculation. I took part as an expert on economics in working groups aimed to reduce fuel costs. I prepared investment project evaluation.

I was preparing management accounting reports (BS, P&L, CFS) by myself. I also prepared information for Budget Committee (actual data from 1C + forecast). I also was allocating costs to management accounts and responsible for investment analysis. I was analysing information on assortment, delivery to different regional clients, profitability of market segments, KPIs.

I elaborated approach to data analysis (statistical calculations using SPSS software). I fullfilled analysis for 5 researches and prepared reports that were subsequently sold to our customers as the firm's product.
