Managing 4 different scholarship programs - running call for applications, selection process - budgeting the programs (highest budget for program ca 500 000 Euros per year) - signing contracts - making adjustments for program documents, keeping them updated according the legislation changes - spreading scholarship information in universities - organizing meetings, events for my programs.

I worked with academic and non-academic staff. Main activities included: - recruitment, contracts and all the documents necessary - development, adaptation and training of human resources management software - coordinator for Euraxess program in Tallinn University, specializing in supporting incoming staff - coordinator for Erasmus staff exchange program in Tallinn University - managing human resources office's and named program's webpages

Technical support for project "Gender equality in the identification of Tallinn University and the making of amendments to improve the situation" (Foundation INNOVE).

Coordinator at Tallinn University for "Project for setting up a personal development system for the academic staff of Estonian universities" (Foundation for Lifelong Learning Development INNOVE. Coordination the whole cycle of a project and financial reports.

I was responsible for - administrative tasks (everyday office life, correspondence, documents, organized events, management support) - human resources (recruitment, contracts, vacations) - working environment specialist (documentation, work related injuries)
