In the section of Individual Health Insurances, I was responsible for taking credit card, bank remittance and cheque payments. I worked on several tasks such as providing information to call centre and customers by phone or email about payment situations, fixing payment mistakes, cancelling or opening a policy, dealing with month-end closing process. I was also in charge to deal with all the other issues related finance and accounting when I was needed.

I worked actively on advertisement process of DTM (Deutsche Tourenwagen Meisterschaft) car racing which organised in Turkey by the leading Mercedes-Benz and several German Car Manufacturers such as BMW, AUDI, and PORSCHE. It was a voluntary job and I didn’t get paid.
