• Manages the Finance team in administrating approved accounting practices in fields such as management accounting, cost accounting, banking and cashing, credit and collection • Ensures the soundness of company accounting policies and compliance with German accounting standards, follows internal control mechanisms and accounting practices in terms of accuracy, legacy and timeliness. • Manages the finance team to oversee cost controls, and expenses to guide management team for future plans.

As Operations Coordinator, I was responsible to report to the COO. Resource Planning (Human Resources, Equipment, Materials, etc.) and reporting of productivity levels, improvement to operational procedures, new SOP designs were all tasks I had to fulfill.

Presentations to Management, International Projects (providing outsourced employees), Negotiating with suppliers, making financial forecasts regarding to new projects.

Marketing on various sites, media, channels. Issuing invoices & bookkeeping. Coordinating the operations regarding time and efficiency, growing network through clients.
