As a server at Bàcaro in Grand Cayman, I gained extensive experience in delivering high-quality service in renowned Venetian restaurant. became well-versed in Venetian cuisine, characterized by its fresh seafood from the Caribbean Sea and rich use of spices from historical trade routes. My role also involved introducing guests to traditional cicchetti and the iconic Venetian Spritz, ensuring an authentic and memorable dining experience. I also managed large groups and coordinated with the team.

Additionally, I helped contribute to our establishment's 98% overall score on the FORBES 5-star inspection and 96% service score on the LQA inspection. Working at the only 5-star restaurant and triple star hotel in the Caribbean, I have also participated in the Cayman Cookout.
