I fulfilled challenging assignments as an essential part of both the Research and Transaction team of the German office in Frankfurt. My responsibilities comprised, among others: • Pre-Selection, analyzing and presenting investment offers received • Creating and calculating cash flow models (DCF, IRR) for investment opportunities • Conducting market research on competition, leasing, transactions, capital markets • Assisting and participating in the entire process of acquisitions and dispositions

Supported management team in compliance related activities, including client management process, systems implementation and data analysis. • Created new procedures in Compliance Regulations System to improve the quality of fund restrictions and insure compliance with company and regulatory policies. • Created templates and tools to train employees in using Excel. • Assisted senior management in creating company presentations to demonstrate compliance team services to new clients.

Mergers and Acquisitions Intern. Supported 15-member investment team in business development practices to acquire new clients. • Created and prepared brochures used for marketing investment services. • Updated prospective companies’ financial profiles to determine feasibility of acquisition. • Revised and prepared senior managements presentations to pitch and acquire new clients.
