Responsible for the monthly Risk Weighted Assets figures calculation according to Basel regulations, ensuring the proper calculation and reporting of provisioning figures according to IFRS (formerly IAS), as well as calculating and reporting figures related to minimum capital requirements. Preparing frequent financial reports base on IFRS9, report risk figures and thoroughly analyze the factors and their impact for the management board. Conducting yearly forecasting and budgeting for RWA figures.

Preparing financial statements (Balance sheet, Profit and Loss) for management and taxing purposes and preparing monthly bank reconciliations. Responsible for daily journal entry in SAGE 50, maintaining accounts payable and receivable, maintaining contact with suppliers for orders and payments, summarising and analysing financial reports.

Contributed to the improvement of the overall Customer Satisfaction Index by being on the top 5 best agents for the last 6 months. Responsible for handling customer enquires promptly via phone, handling complaints and issues, as well as following up with solutions which complied with the company's policies. Built and sustained relationships with clients via identifying their needs and providing them accurate and useful information. All work processes were carried out using CRM Software.
