FUNCTIONS -Coordinate the design of internal Drawings with the Design Team in India. To make sure of the conformity of design with specifications customers and interns Using Tiger platform. -Technical reviews with Core team (Mexico and USA) and with suppliers -Coordination of Engineering changes between Germany, Mexico and USA. -Supervise and coordinate the creation of Technical List for VW and Audi systems. -DFMEA Management, follow-up of KPC -Manage budget of development within limits defined by PM.

Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes. BOM creation according to the given design guidelines. Using PLM plataform. Coordinate activities to improve Gap and Flush problems. Connection between the manufacturing plant in Mexico, the development center in Germany and the launch team in the USA. Contact with Daimler Mexico regarding the change of engineering implementation.

I was resident from R&D in the central in Amberg, Germany with the next tasks: -Organize and support design reviews for new projects (Audi Q5, Jetta A7) -Coordinate technical changes between Germany and Mexico. -Analysis of technical information for new projects -Data Change Management, using Smarteam plataform. -Creation of databases, tables, etc, of construction of variants. -Provision of 3D data for further processing at the production site. -Continue with the task that I had in Mexico

Dimensioning of parts in 3D model and definition of RPS, SPC, MP Functional and product assembly analysis Visual support for the creation of new projects and engineering changes for the departments involved.
