Strategy team volunteer for IDCN Basel, a non-profit association focused on facilitating the job search for mobile employees’ partners. Development of management strategies focused on the running of IDCN Basel network including communications, networking events, corporate membership and volunteer recruitment.

- Improving all the procedures from human resources department. - Supervision of all the administrative tasks. - Developing strategy to create a company policy based on management's skills and assessment of performance.

- Secretarial tasks - Control of documents and registry - Control of clients and suppliers - Check of invoices

- Recruitment - Reorganization of the main processes and of the SOP (standard operative procedures). - Development of a new list of employees. - Creation of Questionnaire Profiles. - Appraisal Performance. - Management by objetives - Improvement of the internal organization

- Recruitment -Track working hours, rota, sicknesses, holidays and communication to Financial Department ( with SAP software application). - Involved in the SOP development in cooperation with the Quality Department

- Personnel Selection and Recruitment in different areas focusing on the Advertising and Administration Area. - HR management - Psychological counselling to provide the treatment of anxiety, depression, couple’s and children’s problems.
