- Rolling out the company’s strategy, charter, policies, and goals inside all the production areas. - Ensuring the availability and conformity of the production process, the manufacturing equipment’s, and the suitable resources. - Appraising machine resources and capacities to ensure productivity and minimal downtime. - Assessing production KPI’s and leading actions plan to reduce expenses and poor-quality wastes, and to increase productivity across all product lines.

- Performing the specified management routine tasks, responding quickly to problems and making decisions in production area within quality, production planning and maintenance issues. - Leading daily, weekly & monthly meetings, and organizing delegation according to topics. - Coaching and communicating a mindset of continuous improvement, autonomy, engagement and responsibility aiming at targets achievement inside the APU. - Reporting to KPI’s, action plans and highlights to General Manager.

- Ensure the deployment of the quality management system and its sustaining. - Interfacing with customers about new products launching and claims. - Moderating of customers’ audits and piloting corrective actions facing to deviations. - Setting several quality firewalls all along the production processes for immediate deviation detection. - Reporting to the quality director of the group about hot topics and quality performance indicators.

- Interface with OEM’s PSA and RSA for quality and logistic issues all along their product life cycle (Development, Industrialization, Mass production, After sales). - Processing of customers‘ claims according to the 8D-methodology (from D2 up to D8). - Auditing and releasing new assembly processes, as certified internal auditor and representative of the customer in the plant. - Moderation of quality circles within the production to improve manufacturing processes according to customer complains.

- Technical support for customer and new project enquiry and development (specification review, technology selection, test specification, samples) - Coordination of dimensional and statistical requirements in preparation of material submission approval activities . - Participating, and supporting all quality aspects of supplier selection and sourcing activities. - Facilitation of PPAP activities for materials engineering, validation of supplied products in cooperation with supplier and tooling engineering.

- Management of the quality control staff in production. - Supervising all measurements and tests specified from raw materials up to finished products. - Conducting training quality sessions on quality team to strengthen the quality awareness. - Moderation of the Solving Problem Approach. - Participating to the improvement of manufacturing processes and the organization of the production. - Assisting quality manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.

- Establishing laboratory procedures in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards. - Developing technical solutions for testing product with release and approval of customers. · Performing test set-ups in accordance with customer requirements, technical specifications, relevant standards - Managing budgets for Test Lab including all requirements - Representative of the plant towards headquarters and the Bosch Center of Competences for reliability Lab Managers of the Bosch Group.

- Developing technical solutions for testing product with release and approval of customers. - Defining and implementation of laboratories procedures in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards. - Elaboration of test schedules according to product audit planning and projects timelines. - Representative of the plant towards headquarters and the Bosch Center of Competences for Laboratories Managers of the Group.
