Planning, performing and coordinating all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, correspondence, negotiating, ordering, contracting, providing cargo insurance, Getting the necessary permissions from Ministry of Commerce, documentation, shipping, custom releasing and etc.

• Sourcing and interaction with exporters by corresponding and negotiating for importing cargo. • Managing the process of getting necessary permissions from Ministry of Commerce. • Providing cargo insurance. • Coordinating the shipment of goods. • Monitoring all the releasing process. • Enhancement of business by contacting clients. Handling client’s relationships, which include answering of queries, introductory emails and interaction.
