Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Communicating with clients, customers & staff. Staff registration and appointments, background checks, reference checks, filing of documents (soft and hard copy). Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. Being the first point of contact in attending queries of employees, guiding them through company policies and procedures.

Sourcing candidates from multiple sources i.e. Head Hunting, Cold Calling, Mapping, Recruitment Portals, databases etc.. Screening the relevant resumes for the position. Evaluating the candidate’s profile, career aspirations and role fitment and counselling them on how the job offered suits best to their career. Submit CV to clients and coordination for feedback until the position is closed. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently within teams.
