As the Lead Producer at Redstone Interactive, my primary responsibility is to rally the company around the vision for our product and ensure we can consistently provide value to our players. In more detail, I am responsible for managing development processes, roadmap planning, agile training, product management, resource and talent management, release management and stakeholder management.

As an Associate Producer at Offworld Industries, I lead the development for Beyond The Wire in it's prototype, vertical slice and Early Access release phases. I was responsible for creating development processes, managing timelines and milestones, managing talent and resources, report to the Business Development team on progress and finally ensure a smooth and successful launch for Beyond The Wire to Steam Early Access.
