Working one-on-one with customers to ensure their trip is a unique experience Resolving customer inquiries by phone, email & wherever else they ask for help with authentic, human responses Handling of bookings as well as up-selling and individual order entries for special requests such as group booking or add-ons Providing direct feedback about the latest customer requests, suggestions and problems

• Calculating aggressive deals and building business cases in order to obtain approvals from Business Unit Managers • Continuous communication with BU managers for aggressive calculations(negative margin) on different requests • Negotiation of margin and discount levels with managers and sales people via email or phone. • Contact with EMEA Approvers, when needed Tools used : Eclipse, Salesforce.com, DART, Smart Quote portal Outlook, Excel

• Manage sales compensation/claims on behalf of the sales force to minimize wherever possible the admin touch required by Sales People in ensuring that they are fully compensated based on their sales enterprise. • Manage non-sales operations activities in SmartQuote: update linkage with Eclipse and Siebel. Work closely with SmartQuote team and ensure response deadline is met. Tools used : Eclipse, Siebel, Salesforce.com, Smart Quote Portal Outlook, Excel
