I provide accurate financial insights to support executive decision-making and oversee full compliance with regulatory standards. I lead the finance team, manage payroll and reporting, and act as the main contact with banks and authorities. By optimizing resources, implementing strong internal controls, and monitoring performance, I contribute directly to the company’s growth and operational excellence.

In this transitional leadership role, I managed the company’s daily financial operations and prepared the foundation for a structured financial strategy. I worked with the executive team to implement internal controls, improve reporting, and oversee cash flow and budgeting. I also contributed to financial reports and forecasts that supported strategic planning. This role provided valuable insights into the company’s financial landscape and served as a stepping stone to my later appointment as CFO.

As Chief Accountant at Ms Consulting SRL, I managed the full accounting cycle, including monthly/annual closings, tax compliance, payroll, audits, and financial reporting. I coordinated a team of three accountants and ensured accurate, timely reports for management and authorities.

I contributed to the setup and optimization of accounting systems and processes, aiming to improve operational efficiency and align with business needs. My responsibilities included processing bank transactions, issuing sales invoices, and verifying customer accounts. I regularly reviewed supplier and client invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance. I also assisted the chief accountant in preparing monthly financial statements and took part in reconciling bank statements.
