I work on the automation of several processes using UiPath

• Management accounting for Business Center Italy (BCI); • Development and implementation of new procedures for BCI; • Management of Master-data for BCI; • Monthly Closings with reporting to BCI; • Annual budgeting for BCI; • Development of multilingual forms, for use in all companies served by BASF Services Europe GmbH. I work using English as working language and as working software SAP and Excel, of which I have a very deep knowledge.

Consultancy on a local level for projects about management controlling systems and cost accounting.

Main activities: • Consolidated Budget of the Shipping Division; • Monthly Actual and Forecast of the Shipping Division; • Investments Analysis; • Budget and Business Plan of a new acquired society; • Models for the analysis of future financings. The fulfillment of the above mentioned tasks implied the use of AS/400 system and, above all, Microsoft Excel, my best-known application.

The training was part of the “Master in General Management”. During the training I developed some Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access applications.

Main activities: • Monthly reporting (Cover Inventory, Warehouse Turnover, COGS vs. Turnover, productivity of Manufacturing and Packaging Units) for Sigma – Tau S.p.A. and for Biofutura S.p.A., a company of Sigma – Tau Group; I took part in several projects: • Implementation of the CO/PC SAP module for product costing (customer side); • Carrying out of a reporting system for Technical Operations Division: All of the task using SAP, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel, of which I am now a “power user”.

I coordinated 3 employees (one for each plant). • Defining new Budget criteria, in team with the plant’s Managers; • Plants’ cost reporting (actual & budget) in Excel; • Production and Merchandise planning, in Excel, in team with the Marketing; • Reviewing the production masterdata files, reviewing all BOMs, in coordination with Marketing, Plants’ Managers and Units’ Heads. I also took part in planning a new Cost Accounting system, in team with Data Processing Department, Plants’ Managers and Units’.
