Quality auditing of data using Advanced Excel and optimized the data pipeline using Python, SQL, Excel Macros (VBA) and Apps Script. Received an award for productivity and optimization for cases audited Complete Data wrangling projects with an Excel macro-based input tool development from a database and visualization using Looker and Power BI. This improved the productivity of the team and also made decision-making easier for the team lead. Saved 60 manhours of work monthly.

Led Industry 4.0 implementation and Process Optimization initiatives in the machining area. Executed Data Wrangling projects for Power BI dashboards for Manufacturing, Logistics, Controlling, and HR. Coded and developed 8 RPA bots to create MIS report generation. Saved 280 manhours of work every month. Successfully crafted 7 PowerBi dashboards and integrated RPA bots to streamline database updates, gaining insights into diverse departmental functions.

Engineered, Ideated and optimized special-purpose machines for manufacturing processes. Further applied SolidWorks for CAD and Ansys for Stress Analysis to ensure real-world effectiveness. Designed and developed 3 special-purpose machines used for Welding, Sheet metal rolling and Knuckling operations. Provided end-to-end CAD support up till the machines were manufactured completely.

VLab Development: Constructed a web-based platform providing underprivileged students with an opportunity to perform practical experiments; Developed Strength of Materials lab and Robotics in Medicine lab using HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Mentor: Mentored participants at a virtual hackathon organized by IIT Bombay, imparting knowledge for Virtual Lab development to 500+ students all over India.

Development of Automated Machining Line: Assisted the team in conducting selection research and developing concept designs and prototypes for an automated drilling and deburring line for castings as part of an academic project. Gained hands-on experience with various motors, jigs, fixtures, and robotic arm operations.

Design prototypes for Bio Medical devices using SolidWorks. Develop and optimize products. Manufacture electronic components for prototypes. Testing of Prototypes. (5 Projects)
