Accountable for the strategic direction, and execution, of the retail channel initiatives in the Carolinas and Tennessee Region. Responsible for customer growth and retention, customer experience, employee development, distribution planning and execution, business practice development, operational functions and store / employee productivity. Scope of responsibility ranged from 196 Retail locations and 2,950 employees to current 83 locations and 1,400 employees.

Accountable for 11 Verizon Wireless Stores. Responsible for employee development, all policies and procedures related to store channel operation, headcount budgeting for each location, cross channel relationships, quota assignments, subscriber growth, churn reduction, new store selection and store retrofit / remodels.
