Working with a diverse team and presenting to Google's Head of Display, we developed a marketing strategy along the diverse touch-points of the customer journey for one of Google's prospective clients. We generated first-hand insights through primary and secondary market research and developed recommendations how to approach clients to generate new business (>$1M/year) for the Google Display Network in the US market. We were chosen winner of 18 student research teams as part of the Hult Business Challenge.

A team of 8 international students, chosen from 200 applicants. Responsibilities included: - Designed and conducted qualitative in-depth and focus group interviews and quantitative questionnaires. - Developed qualitative feedback classification based on a psychological model to facilitate insight generation. - Analyzed raw data of 580 respondents with multiple regression and pivot tables across 30 variables to give actionable recommendations to Google's senior management.
Projects and responsibilities included: - Compilation of weekly after-sales reports. - Analysis of key figures (sales performance and customer satisfaction) for monthly sales force meetings and two quarterly management reports. - Organization of a four-week sales event for premium exhaust pipes for the northern region sales force. - Creation of Excel tools analyzing customer satisfaction and after-sales revenue, decreasing effort for Sales and Management teams by 90%.
