- Liaising with solicitors by phone and email to minimise errors, mitigate and resolve problems. - Administration duties: word processing legal documents, dealing with correspondence, working towards deadlines. - Assessing applications and making decisions based on guidelines.

First point of contact for insurance customers, assisting with policy amendments, enquiries and complaints. - Key skills utilised in this role include: problem solving, using my own initiative, taking ownership, multi-tasking and constructive time management.

Developing relationships with key clients, following up quotations, establishing requirements, negotiating prices & closing sales. - Administrative duties i.e. generating invoices, quotations, processing purchase orders, refunds, data entry, filing, updating the database, dealing with email and phone correspondence.

Critical analysis, effective time management, administration, independent research, and tutoring students in English language and literature at a GCSE, A Level and University level. - Proof reading and copy editing academic assays.

Teaching students in groups of 15-20 and individually. - Business English to professionals and graduates. - Beginners English to children aged between 5-10 years old. - Identify weaknesses and strategise a course of action to overcome obstacles.
