Responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple MTN enterprise connectivity solution projects, covering all stages of the project lifecycle, from project mandate creation and requirements gathering to budgeting, implementation and acceptance. These projects contributed over 70% of the corporate financial target for the 5 years’ project lifecycle period.

Delivered a series of projects including installation and commissioning of microwave radios - Aviat TRuepoint5000, Eclipse INUe and Ericsson Traffic Nodes and carryout site integration – E1/IPRAN/packet routing. Contributing to the expansion and optimization of network infrastructure.

Provided technical support for Nortel gateway and line switches. Managed and resolved LOS issues. Significant Achievement at GTE: - Implemented a cable monitoring alarm system that reduced the rate of fiber network vandalism by 90%
