Held several operating and financial roles including financial controller, IT director, and business manager for the Company's holdings including a diversified grain miller, a trucking company, and a flight school. Also, assisted in the identification, analysis and valuation of the Company’s private and public investments.

Advised pre-IPO companies in equity private placements, raising in excess of $215 million in capital from institutional investors. Industries included software, energy technology, financial services, and knowledge services.

Advised U.S., Latin American and European food and agriculture companies in M&A as well as equity private placements, completing over $200 million in transactions.
