I was given the job to improve the efficiency of the plant in the engineering section this included making "standards" to show the most effective way of doing a job and completely changing the way a job was done using engineering knowledge. This was on their isle of man department.

Working out the costing for the parts which were being sold to different companies. This included ringing up companies to find out material costs, working out the time it would take to make each component and working out the cost of machining the part

To create a working practice and test for the engineers to do to show that they are capable of doing the job they are given. This was in the "rocket cell". I had to learn how to do the jobs in the rocket cell and make presentations for the company to give to employees and create a test for the engineers to carry out.
