Construction & commissioning workpack creation. Writing / checking commissioning procedures. Functional testing of Honeywell Safety System I/O. Commissioning supervision and handover to operations.

Responsible for the coordination & execution of I&E Commissioning activities of the AGRP brownfields project. Duties included: Functional testing of new Honeywell DCS & SIS control systems. Electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting. Supervision of E&I commissioning technicians. Brownfields cutovers. Writing commissioning procedures and client handover documentation. As-building project drawings and documents.

Design of a Mine Maintenance Facility to service a new open pit mine, including all Communications, Data, Surveillance & Fire systems. Assisting with capital cost estimates. 3D modelling of cable ladders and underground conduits using PDS.

Brownfields upgrade of Liquids Handling & Associated Gas processing facilities in the highlands of PNG, including new Honeywell DCS and Triconex SIS, Wellhead RTU, and Fire & Gas monitoring.

Orica Bontang Ammonium Nitrate Project, Indonesia. Design tasks for instrumentation on Ammonium Nitrate and Nitric Acid Plants including design of IDO (Aveva) instrument loop templates for AutoCAD drawing generation, PDMS model instrumentation review and checking of hook-up documents.

Jemena EGP Expansion Compressor Project, Longford Victoria Australia. Design and drafting of project deliverables for a new Solar gas compressor including site surveys and as-building of existing plant drawings.
