Financial control for the 4 subsidiary of the Group: Remat Constanta, Remat Slobozia, Remat Giurgiu, Remat Bucuresti. Monthly preparation of the financial reports, budget and cost reports for group CFO and certification of the balance sheet for 4 subsidiary of the group. Develop of financial measures of business performance for evaluation and control of projects and investments. Financial consultancy and assistance in the process of selling the shares for 6 of the subsidiaries.

Responsible for the day to day management of financial and accounting activities including bought ledger, financial and capital accounting, income, credit control, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other financial controls. Ensure appropriate internal control procedures.
