 Coordination and control of the activities related to the development, delivery and in-service support of complex IT defense systems;  Definition and control of the activity plan in order to guarantee the on-time execution of the project;  Analysis and definition of project cost estimates;  Support to Procurement department and Sales department during negotiation process and contract management;  Budget control and management of project expenditure.

 Analysis of buying habits of the Client Company;  Evaluation of supplier performance and supplier base optimization;  Management of sourcing projects up to 50 K€ (RFI, RFQ, supplier selection, contract negotiation) with the support of Category Managers;  Management of purchasing requests (creation and submission of purchase orders);  Supplier data management (supplier on-boarding, update of payment terms etc).

 B2B technical support to solve software issues (approx. 30 requests on a daily basis) according to specific guidelines, tools, SLA and security procedures;  Collaboration with specific teams and local support team to solve complex issues.

 Implementation of a Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 criteria through:  Collection, analysis and evaluation of documentation and data;  Analysis of business processes and definition of procedures and work instructions;  Definition of KPI to monitor the internal efficiency/customer satisfaction;  Assessment of process conformity (internal audit) and support during the external audit.
