Performed steady-state and dynamic process simulation for a high pressure 3-phase (gas, liquid and water) separator using Aspen Hysys software tool. Determined maximum mass-fluxes for all relief contingencies (scenarios) and revalidated existing PSVs (pressure safety valves) sizes. Performed hydraulic analysis on PSVs inlet lines to check for 3% pressure drop limits. Developed a process model and generated heat and material balance report for a plastics pyrolysis pilot plant using Aspen Plus software tool.

Participated in the Design Review for Technical Safety deliverables. Participated in the Hazard Identification (HAZID), Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) and Safety Instrumented Level (SIL) studies (brainstorming workshops).

Participated in the development of performance standards for Exxonmobil Erha and Total PAZFLOR FPSOs assets. Participated in the Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment and safety case development for Exxonmobil Erha FPSO asset. Participated in the First E&P Madu FPSO Installation/Integration & Simultaneous Operations workshops. Performed Fire & Explosion Analysis and also Vent Dispersion and Radiation Analysis for the Obitugbo LPG storage facility. Facilitated the HAZOP studies for RadiantLife LPG storage.

Performed technical audit of Platform-Newcross-GasTrain (PNG) gas processing facility. Scribed at the Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) workshop for Atlantic Modular Refinery project. Participated in the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) workshop for Marine Platforms Transportation and Installation of CALM BUOY, PLEM and subsea pipelines project. Participated in the HAZID and Major Accident Hazards Bow-Tie workshops for Shell Southern Swamp Associated Gas Solutions (SSAGS+) CEI Project.

Participated in Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) studies workshop for the DuPort modular refinery client. Implemented engineering mark-ups on AUTOCAD (2D) process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and process safety flow diagrams (PSFDs). Drafted PFDs/P&IDs using AUTOCAD (2D) and developed MS-VISIO protected system sketch from P&IDs. Performed pipeline hydraulic analyses, corrosion rate modelling and comparative analysis of corrosion resistant alloy vs. corrosion inhibitor.
