I'm working with software development teams focusing on creating a healthy Agile environment and optimisation in both process and people retention. What I do today you may call a culture change - something that is hard to do and something that is so needed in so many companies. In my work I believe in a collaborative, co-working approach, when people define the goal and achieve it working closely together - learning from each other and bring a true synergy to the process.

Creating transparency in the different business and process areas involved in nearshoring and help to ensure no hidden costs or surprises. Providing full guidance in the total setup of international teams. Everything from recruitment, training and coaching to getting infrastructure and onshore teams in sync with nearshore teams.

Limited project, contract job. Built an assessment survey tool which help identify the current state of Agility in the IT department and the individual teams. Defined a vision of a desired state and created actionable plans on how the individual teams get there. Worked with 12 software development teams. The main goal was for the teams to become self-orginized and self-coaching and adapt in applying and improving their agility.

Our role was first to help build teams, ensure solid development processes and workflows. Grow client's teams with Agile processes in mind and facilitate access to all Ciklum’s other departments and services. Main mission and goal was to ensure productivity levels similar to or above onshore levels, while retain the focus on quality and business value. We work according to a proprietary framework designed to ensure we constantly have the business continuity of our clients in mind.
